Ordering, Payment, and Pricing
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to process requests to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be notified by a member of our Customer Care team. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions.
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars.
HAN accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled.
HAN charges taxes on online transactions as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped, and it may vary from the estimated tax.
Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order. The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
By purchasing goods from HAN, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of New York. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against HAN arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in New York County, New York and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Shipping Information
All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx.
The domestic shipping methods offered are the following:
FedEx Ground (Delivery within 4-5 business days) for a fee of $9.99
FedEx 2nd Day (Delivery within 2 business days) for a fee of $25
FedEx Next Day, Standard Overnight (Delivery on the next business day) for a fee of $35
Expedited orders placed by 12 pm on a business day will be processed on that same business day.
For security reasons, HAN requires a signature upon delivery for all HAN online purchases. Responsibility for any products you order on this website, including without limitation risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO address, which are not available through FedEx.
To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e., FedEx Next Day, Standard Overnight, Second Day, Ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday excluding holidays. HAN is not responsible for unanticipated delays.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We provide a tracking number within the shipment notification email when your order leaves our distribution center, and maintain a tracking number for each delivery. Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
Merchandise can be returned for a full store credit within 21 days of delivery.
Only merchandise purchased from www.han-newyork.com will be accepted for return. Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling HAN merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned to www.han-newyork.com.
Sale merchandise, including sample sale merchandise, cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. All sales are final.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Include the packing slip or the order confirmation email so that we can process the return.
In addition, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. We will only accept returns for merchandise that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition. All tags must be attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, HAN reserves the right to deny return or deduct a restocking fee from the amount of your refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance on the full value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages.
Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your refund.
Due to the select nature of our merchandise, HAN regrets that we cannot process exchanges at this point in time because we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. To ensure merchandise availability, it is most efficient for you to return the original item for refund and place a new online order for the preferred size or color.
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. If we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will provide a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Certain weights, measurements, and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the display settings and device of the user, and we cannot guarantee that your electronic device will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. The inclusion of any merchandise or services on this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these merchandise or services will be available at any time.
It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.
As a courtesy to our customers, we offer merchandise for sale that has not yet arrived to our distribution center. These items are marked as pre-order and ship when the goods arrive at HAN. You can pre-order these items and they will be shipped to you as soon as they are available. The expected ship date for pre-ordered merchandise is noted on the product pages. We do our best to keep these accurate; however, please be aware that we may experience delays. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-ordered items and you select express shipping, we will only be able to apply the expedited shipping to the in-stock items.
Currently we do not ship internationally. Please subscribe to our mailing list as doing so will allow us to notify you of any changes in our shipping policies.
We do not price match HAN merchandise sold by another retailer or online store.
We do not offer price adjustments.
